Life After Haircuts
Lately It seems like I’ve been given plenty of opportunities to test my patience and I feel like I’ve failed. Gosh, when will I ever learn? I’m impatient with myself, the people around me, other drivers, etc. I would be at a four way stop and the person ahead of me would just sit there, for what seems like forever, when it’s probably only a split second, so I honk to get them to go and then they take another five hundred split seconds to look in their review mirror to see who’s honking at them. I really should stop doing that. One of these days I might cause some serious road rage. My sense of time is just different than everybody else’s. Me- “Hey, I haven’t talked to you in a long time.” Somebody- “Calley, we just talked a few hours ago.” Am I tan yet? No Calley you look burnt. Okay, so I got some color! Yay!
Did you know that you can plug a cell phone into a computer instead of using a dial-up connection to get internet service? Yeah, you can and it saves a lot of money and it allows for a faster internet service as well. The only down fall is that we might have to change our home phone number. That is the first phone number I’ve ever memorized. We’ve had that number all my life and I don’t want to have to memorize a new one. If we do I’m just not going to call home anymore.
I hate my social anxieties. I’ve always had social problems. Some people complain and say I talk too much and other people wonder why I’m so quiet. I just can’t please you people!!
Last week I had to take my Grandma to the emergency room and we were there for like five hours (most of it spent waiting of course) and while we were there waiting I was watching other patients come in from the ambulance and it was kind of gross. There was this one man who came in and the nurse was asking him all these questions and she had asked him if he ate or drank anything that morning and he told her that he had coffee and gin. Wow, what a combination. It’s no wonder he ended up in the hospital. That same man had the nurse call Walmart to tell them that he wouldn’t be into work that day and the she came back and told him that he wasn’t supposed to work that day in the first place. I’m no doctor but it seemed like he was drunk to me.
Today I went and got a haircut for the summer and I got my license renewed before hand so that I would have a before picture. I can’t believe I’ve had my license for four years. Time goes way too fast. Before you know it I’m going to be an adult. Haha that reminds me my brother sent me a Bat Mitzvah card for my college graduation. Does that mean I entered womanhood? Inside of it he wrote “I knew you had it in ‘Jew!” Haha now that’s original.
That was random. I think I’m done now.
“Would I rather be feared or loved? Easy. Both. I want people to be afraid of how much they love me.” -Michael from The Office

Congrats on grad! I hope you’re doing well… I’ve just been kind of all over the place lately.
I really like the quote from the office. I never really got into that show though.
Thanks Andrew! I’m swell! How have you been these days? You should watch it. It’s an awesome show. It makes me laugh.
